I must admit that this week I used to be just a little bummed. I have no idea if it’s because Bella cheated on Edward, or whether it’s because I acquired gone THIRTEEN pairs of sneakers last night. Yes, THIRTEEN! It’s not like I ever used them, but significantly eliminating shoes is similar to throwing away recollections.

THEREFORE I took myself shoe shopping to make up for it.
I’m a lady… it’s what we perform. Anyway I feel much better right now. I even made myself a cute little appetizer to start out the weekend the proper.
And I think that you just have to produce these little pita pizzas too! They’re my new favorite thing.
If you’ve never roasted berries before then this is the time to start out; it’s so wonderful! The heat through the oven brings about the sugar and juice, providing you a melt in the mouth area sweetness which will make you wish to savor each and every bite of the fruit.
Roasting berries had been on my bucket list for a while, but tossing them on a whole wheat pita and topping it with caramelized onion, mozzarella, and arugula? Completely spur of the moment and slightly bit heavenly.
I actually served these at a celebration and they disappeared in secs!
Wearing new heels and making delicious pita pizzas with roasted berries.

Serves 2-4
1 small yellowish onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, divided
1/4 teaspoon of salt
10 deep red cherries, pitted and halved

Sodium and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss strawberries and cherries in 1 teaspoon of essential olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Spread on cooking sheet and place in oven for a quarter-hour.
Heat medium saute pan over medium high heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add onions and mix regularly until onions begin to brown. Reduce heat to moderate low and add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. Cook 1 more minute and then remove from warmth and reserve.
Place whole wheat grains pitas on the nonstick cooking sheet. Brush pitas with 1 teaspoon of essential olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Evenly deliver roasted strawberries and cherries, mozzarella cheese, onions onto pitas. Bake for 10-12 moments at 400 degrees or until sides of pitas begin to turn golden dark brown.
